The easiest and quickest vegan cookie recipe you're likely to find! Oh did I mention they're bloody delicious? :) They're made with coconut oil giving them a slight coconut flavour - not too strong though for any non-coconut fans! It also makes them nice and moist while being slightly crunchy on the outside. All the best cookie elements!

I'm back after spending a few days in Bath and finally got to visit the Acorn Vegetarian Kitchen (previously known as Demuths). This place is highly regarded amongst veggies and non-veggies alike (and rightly so!). I was not disappointed.
