A simple summer berry smoothie to quench your thirst and satisfy your sweet tooth!

I make my smoothie to fit exactly one glass worth (or whatever vessel you're using!). So the amount depends on the glass you're using. Here's one portion's worth:

  • Frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, cranberries) - I use the mix from Tesco
  • Frozen banana
  • Soya milk
  • Juice of half a lemon 
  • Chai seeds
  1. Fill the glass to half way with the berries
  2. Fill the rest with the banana
  3. Pour in the soya milk until it's almost reached the top of the glass
  4. Blend together in a food processor along with the lemon and chai seeds

Decorate with fruit
