SUMMER BERRY SMOOTHIE
A simple summer berry smoothie to quench your thirst and satisfy your sweet tooth!
I make my smoothie to fit exactly one glass worth (or whatever vessel you're using!). So the amount depends on the glass you're using. Here's one portion's worth:
- Frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, cranberries) - I use the mix from Tesco
- Frozen banana
- Soya milk
- Juice of half a lemon
- Chai seeds
- Fill the glass to half way with the berries
- Fill the rest with the banana
- Pour in the soya milk until it's almost reached the top of the glass
- Blend together in a food processor along with the lemon and chai seeds
Done!
Decorate with fruit
